At 4 Little Mushroom, we want you to love your purchase. However, as we ship internationally to fashion lovers in Europe, the US, Australia, and Malaysia, we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned.

To make the process as easy and eco-friendly as possible for you, we do not require you to physically return items to us. We want to save you the hassle of expensive international shipping and customs paperwork.

Instead, we offer a Refund-Only Policy for eligible issues.

How to Request a Refund

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your package. To help us process your refund quickly, we kindly ask for the following:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A Brief Explanation: Please let us know specifically what went wrong (e.g., incorrect size sent, manufacturing defect, or wrong item).
  3. Photos/Video Evidence: Clear photos showing the defect or issue are required for us to approve the refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

We are happy to offer a full or partial refund for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect items sent by our team.

What is Not Covered

To be fair to all our customers, we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • User-Caused Damage: Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, accidents, or misuse after delivery.
  • Attempted Repairs: We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been altered, mended, or "fixed" by the customer or a third party. Once an item has been altered, the warranty is void.
  • Change of Mind: As we do not accept returns, please check size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Processing Your Refund

Once your request is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
